Creamy Corn Flake Cake Recipe

This creamy flake cake recipe is for those who want to prepare homemade corn cake but don't have cornmeal or corn at home. It is prepared with corn/millet flake, milk, eggs, sugar, oil, cheese and yeast. The cake is grown, very tasty and slightly moist, a corn cake without corn to win everyone's belly at home! Another interesting option is to prepare this corn cake with couscous dough, it works really well too!

Ingredients for making creamy corn flake cake:
1½ cups of corn flake or millet
1½ cups of milk (360 milliliters)
1 cup of sugar (160 grams)
½ cup of oil (120 milliliters)
3 eggs
50 grams of parmesan cheese (small package)
1 tablespoon of baking powder
How to Make Creamy Corn Flake Cake:
Turn the oven on at 180ºC. In a blender, blend all ingredients except the yeast: flake, milk, sugar, oil, cheese and eggs.
Tip: If your blender is not very powerful, beat the eggs first with sugar, milk, oil and cheese. Then add the flock gradually, beating each time and mixing with a spoon if necessary.
Finally add the yeast and mix with a spoon or pressing the 'Pulse' button. Place the dough of this creamy flocao cake with cheese in a greased and floured pan and bake at 180ºC for 40 minutes.
Tip: We recommend using a 24 cm cake tin.
